Dinner & Wreath Making Workshop

Join us for an intimate evening of dinner and wreath making with farmer-florist Emily Day of Bell Brook Farm at West Brookfield’s most idyllic location for such holiday festivity – Salem Cross Inn.

Enjoy a quintessential New England dinner in Salem Cross Inn’s festive dining room.  You’ll be seated with your party of up to 6 guests for Salem’s famous chicken pot pie with buttermilk biscuit, harvest squash, whipped potato, seasonal dessert, and choice of tea or coffee. Alcohol is available but not included in ticket price and can be purchased separately during dinner.

Following dinner, you’ll head to our fireside workshop space where Emily will review some basic design techniques and share helpful hints on creating a holiday wreath using locally grown and foraged winter ingredients. All materials and tools including a wreath base (vine or metal) greenery, accents, and ribbon will be provided. You are welcome to do some foraging of your own and bring additional greenery, branches of berries from your own yard to add to your design.

COVID GUIDELINES: Ticket sales will be limited to 20 guests per event to allow for safe social distancing.  Each group will be seated with their own party (up to 6 guests) for both dinner and wreath making. Groups will not be mixed. Salem Cross Inn has plenty of space for us to spread out safely and masks will be required when not at your table.
